Daily Hedgehog Report for Saturday, June 30, 2007

Ah, what better way to start the day than with a yawn, a stretch, a good quill shake, and blog post? I’ve always felt that exercise is important. I went through my standard workout last night around 2:38 AM. 626 feet (0.12 miles!) in total, with a 18 minute dash in the middle that covered 265 feet. I checked the monitor afterwards, and I had managed to hit 0.45 feet per second at one point! I think I definitely deserve a crunchy meal worm after all this, but I know I’ll probably have to make due with water and cat food.
